Of course this is the case, why aren’t more hentai that are uncensored internationally?
People don’t understand that hentai is censored in Japan. The dirty bits will always obscured with a mosaic filter ( or something comparable) when you buy hentai (or other video that is adult over there. But hentai is always animated in its complete glory to start with.
Uncensored porn is unlawful in Japan, but it’s really just unlawful to offer or import. The Japanese code that is criminal specifies “distribution” of “indecent” materials.
